📌 The client wanted maximum information visibility
📌 Users needed simple and fast schedule navigation
Design a structure that presents a high volume of information clearly across desktop, tablet, and mobile without overwhelming users.
The festival featured participation from a diverse audience across all age groups, including elementary, middle, and high schools, universities as well as science organizations. About two weeks, the festival offered more than 50 diverse events.
Got distracted or lost in long lists of events
Missed sessions caused by forgotten dates/times and overlapping events.
Struggled to identify age-appropriate events and access detailed information.
The complex schedule list/table was replaced with a familiar calendar view, allowing users to quickly identify dates and weekdays, making events easier to remember.
The calendar shows only key event keywords, with full details available on a separate page. Direct access buttons within schedule items reduce unnecessary interaction steps.
To improve readability for children and teens, images were added for each event, text was reduced, and different colors were used to clearly distinguish age groups.
Quick access to saved information allows users to recall important details and make informed decisions about which events to prioritize.

I built a fully interactive and responsive product using HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript.
